Thank you for your interest in St. John Paul II School! We will begin processing new applications on Monday, March 3rd. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and processed in the order in which they are received.
Step 1: Submit your application. All the following paperwork must be submitted for your application to be considered complete.
- Registration Form
- Parish Affiliation Form (Catholic applicants only)
- Copy of Baptismal and/or Holy Eucharist Certificate (Catholic applicants only)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Release of Records Form – St. John Paul II School will request academic, behavior, and special education (if applicable) records from your child’s previous school.
- Lion’s Pride 20-Hour Commitment Form
- Financial Agreement
- $100 non-refundable Registration Fee per family
Step 2: Schedule a Shadow Day or Screening
- Students in grades Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade 1 must take a developmental screening assessment. We will begin scheduling these assessments at the end of May. The classroom teacher will contact families directly to schedule.
